Heat lotion \u00e4r en stor hj\u00e4lp s\u00e5 jag b\u00f6rjar med mina krokiga h\u00e4nder (ser ut som om jag kramar om en kivifrukt) att gnida in kr\u00e4men. Sen f\u00e5r jag tvinga upp finger f\u00f6r finger innan jag kan krama ihop och str\u00e4cka ut handen. Efter sis\u00e5d\u00e4r en dryg timme \u00e4r jag redo att g\u00e5 in och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka g\u00f6ra frukost. Numera \u00e4r frukostmj\u00f6lken utbytt mot nyponsoppa eftersom jag f\u00e5tt tips om att nypon \u00e4r bra f\u00f6r oss med RA. Gott \u00e4r det ocks\u00e5 s\u00e5 jag klagar inte ;-) <\/p>\n<p>Min gympa enligt ovan upprepas flera g\u00e5nger under dagen f\u00f6r att inte stelna till som efter en natt.<br \/>\nIdag har v\u00e4dret varit l\u00e4ttare,&nbsp; inte lika hett och kvavt och jag har klarat mig p\u00e5 svagare medicin.
